What is My Account?

Through your account you can easily view and update your account and orders any time. “My Account” allows you complete control over your transactions at takas.lk. You can: 

– Manage/edit all your personal data like address, phone numbers and email ids

– Change your password

– Track the status of your orders

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your payment has been successfully made, your order is processed internally (and immediately). greenherbal.lk will send a confirmation mail for your order, to the email address associated with your greenherbal.lk order/account. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg.#100000010) for your reference with our Customer Service team and a listing of the item/s you have ordered .

greenherbal.lk sells goods at MSRP so you know you’re getting the best possible price. We don’t do fake mark ups and sell at discounts. You have the peace of mind that the price you pay is the suggested retail price of the authorized agent.

How do I pay for a greenherbal.lk purchase?

greenherbal.lk offers you multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment, you can rest assured that greenherbal.lk’s trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.

You can pay using all major credit cards (Visa/Mastercard) and debit cards, or you can pay using Cash on Delivery (CoD). We make the CoD facility available on orders of up to Rs. 695.00. Just present the cash upon delivery, it’s that easy.

What is Cash on Delivery?

If you are not comfortable making an online payment on greenherbal.lk, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment method instead. With CoD you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online for orders under Rs. 695.00. greenherbal.lk has the right to process orders based on background checks (phone call, etc). Once we are satisfied with the authencity of the order we will make the delivery.

How do I pay using a credit card?

We accept all VISA, MasterCard. We even accept international cards, but it takes a little bit of time to verify.

To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank’s page for processing.

Is delivery free?

Delivery is free in Colombo and suburbs. We charge a flat fee of Rs. 300.00 for goods to other parts of the island.
